I know how it feels when you've tried everything but can't quite shift your fear of anxiety or take the steps needed to move forward with your recovery.

I totally get what you're going through, even when you've tried so many things and still feel stuck. I've been there myself, feeling overwhelmed and helpless. But trust me, there's always hope, even in the darkest moments. Dr Claire Weekes, a lifestyle shift and the right encouragement changed everything for me, and now I'm here to share how and support you.

I started running this anxiety self-help group coaching in July 2023. It is designed specifically for those who believe they can overcome anxiety but need support to take the necessary steps and stay consistent. If you're eager to explore beyond your comfort zone, change your beliefs about anxiety and embrace positive changes, this is for you.

Throughout the month, I'll be supporting, encouraging, and motivating you to transform those anxiety-fueling behaviours into empowering ones and shift your mindset from 'I can't to I can,' enabling you to break free from the anxiety cycle.

Here's what you can expect during the month-long program:

📧 Daily Emails: I’ll kickstart your day with short, empowering emails that will educate and motivate you to take the necessary steps, one day at a time.

🗣️ Weekly Group Calls via Zoom: You’ll have a weekly group call where you'll be seen, heard, and feel safe to share your thoughts, ask questions, and gain valuable insights. These calls offer an opportunity to connect with fellow participants and ensure you never feel alone on this journey. You can even choose not to turn on your camera if you prefer. There is no pressure to do anything you don’t feel comfortable with on this program.

📲 The WhatsApp Group is a safe place where you can connect with others, access support, and reach out to me and others for guidance and encouragement throughout the month. Think of it as always having a compassionate and understanding friend by your side.

Now, let's delve into the content for each week:

Week 1: Building Awareness and Establishing a Foundation. Identifying your anxiety triggers and addressing the stories that fuel them. We'll develop better ways to respond to anxiety and explore grounding self-care practices to help you desensitise.

Week 2: Mindset Shift and Coping Strategies. It is all about challenging negative thought patterns and embracing self-compassion. You'll learn powerful techniques to reframe your thinking and effectively manage obstacles like perfectionism, self-doubt, and self-limiting beliefs.

Week 3: Strengthening Resilience and Self-Empowerment. You'll learn to view anxiety obstacles as opportunities for growth and harness the power of visualisation and social support to create lasting change in your recovery journey.

Week 4: Sustaining Growth and Celebrating Success. In the final week, we'll work on setting empowering goals and reflecting on your journey. We'll emphasise gratitude, self-care, and ongoing support to help you maintain a resilient mindset and develop a healthier relationship with anxiety.

Throughout these 30 days of transformative self-help coaching, I will be right by your side, helping you to navigate the path to recovery.

Even if you’re having therapy, this program can provide continuous support between your therapy sessions.   • It's helping me get life back!

    This is the second Bootcamp I've done with Lisa. Not because the first one didn't work but because it worked so well that I didn't want it to end. There is a really morning like having a community at your fingertips that understands you, your highs and your lows. Anxiety can be so isolating, and this fact can feed the feelings of dread. With this group and Lisa's support, it feels like there is hope.

    With this boot camp, I've gone from not leaving the radius of my house to going an hour away from home for a night, started running, walked to the town centre by myself, and been to the theatre. With the support of Lisa and the group, it didn't feel so scary x

  • - Amazing!!!

    This boot camp has been amazing, and so has Lisa! The support she provides on a daily basis is so helpful, and when you need her, she is at the end of a text!

    It’s taught me a lot about anxiety, and for me, knowledge is power. I learnt a lot about myself, what my triggers are and how not to react to feelings when they arise. I have not fully recovered, but thanks to Lisa, I am well on my way. I even went on a UK break recently and had a great time!

    Lisa's boot camp is ‘the governor!’ meeting all these lovely people, sharin' their stories, and showin' real courage & no feeling stupid. Strangers hoppin' on a Zoom call and Lisa, making everyone able to open up about their struggles - is amazing!

    The support on that WhatsApp group, mate, was priceless! When I had a few tough moments during the boot camp, Lisa and the gang were there, supportin' me and givin' me a boost!

    And the stuff you learn and the mindset Lisa's pushin' ya for is so empowering! No complicating things she breaks things down nice and simple.

    I still have a bit of work to do, but I now feel I'm ready to put in the graft and make a full recovery!

  • I've loved being a part of this!

    I have loved being part of the September boot camp, on those days when I need some reassurance, I got it from the group and Lisa herself at all times!

    When you experience anxiety, it can feel very isolating and like you're the only one going through it. But one simple message to the group and other people opened up about how they were feeling and all of a sudden I no longer felt so alone. It’s great to encourage one another to keep it simple by self-soothing and just being.

    The weekly calls are the highlight of my week, being able to get things off my chest feels fantastic especially when others admit they feel certain symptoms that I do on my down days.

    The biggest thing I have taken from this boot camp is to stop labelling myself as anxious and damaged. Lisa always catches me and others out when we refer to it as ‘my anxiety’ and instead re-framing it to something like ‘when I experience anxiety’, which really shifts something in the brain positively!

    I can’t thank Lisa enough for her help and simple yet effective techniques/support. Lisa went above and beyond before I even attended her boot camp, a whole year before when I was at a low. Since taking part in her boot camp, I was waking up so much less anxious. Waking up to those morning emails from lisa was motivating and comforting. The way she makes you realise “ you can do this “helps change your thought process - which was a real deal breaker for me as this is what was keeping me stuck in the “ what’s ifs “.

    I wish I had met lisa 5 years ago when it all started, as I wouldn’t have suffered for so long.

    This month has helped me to finally understand myself and anxiety and I can now self-soothe until it passes, which it always does.

    The anxiety bootcamp has been a great help to me. It has been great to connect with Lisa and the group. It feels like they can relate to how I was feeling, as anxiety can feel quite isolating at times.
